违反行动管制令而被扣留的人越来越多，国防部长拿督斯里依斯迈沙比里说，仅仅在周日（29日）就有828人因违令而被扣留。

他说，这显示越来越多人违令，目前有6万7774名军警、民防部队以及志愿警卫团加入设路障的行列，若有需要将会投入更多的人力。

他说，军警昨天设立1520个路障，也检查了25万7287辆交通工具，原本在23个收费站设立的路障已在昨天开始增加至65个收费站。

“未来会扩大至114个收费站设路障。”
