随著大城堡清真寺因爆发大规模感染新型冠状病毒确诊病例，造成当地被列为疫情重灾区，吉隆坡联邦直辖区联合阿南弗拉清洁公司，周六开始在大城堡花园进行全面消毒工作。

根据早前的行程，当局会从大城堡清真寺开始消毒工作，过后分别在拉丁路与3／149J路，时间估计需要3个小时。

联邦直辖区部长丹斯里安努亚慕沙、吉隆坡市长拿督诺希山与吉隆坡总警长拿督斯里玛兹南，亲自到场进行监督工作。
