首相丹斯里慕尤丁宣布，从4月1日开始至行动管制令结束期间，政府将与数家电讯公司合作提供多个特别配套，其中包括免费上网服务。

他说，政府在这项为所有用户提供的免费网络服务，总值6亿令吉。

此外，政府将额外注入4亿令吉，以扩大网络功能及覆盖范围，以维持电信网络的稳定与质量。
