首相丹斯里慕尤丁周一宣布我国将从18日至31日实行行动管制令以遏制新冠肺炎疫情，食肆依旧可以营业，但只允许送餐，不允许在餐厅用餐。
根据首相办公厅的解释，餐厅可以开放营业，但是只供对外送餐，如GrabFood，Foodpanda 等是获准营业。
“只是不可以在餐厅内进餐。”
