在隶属槟州公正党的行政议员阿菲夫辞职后，槟州人民公正党代主席莫哈末峇迪亚表示，阿菲夫是在槟州首长曹观友的劝告下而辞职。

莫哈末峇迪亚周三（4日）发文告时也反谢，阿菲夫在掌管槟州卫生、农业及农基工业、乡区发展事务这段期间的服务。

他说，该党是今早获悉阿菲夫辞去行政议员一职，而根据该党了解，这项辞职是在首长的劝告下进行。
