继土团党退出希盟后，柔州希盟政府面对瓦解的风险，而柔巫统与柔伊斯兰党17名州议员周二签订法定声明，将与5名来自柔州公正党与柔州诚信党的5名州议员及柔土团党11名州议员组织新政府。
