近来新冠肺炎闹得沸沸扬扬，一度满城风雨的麻疹似乎被抢走风头，有些销声匿迹。不过洛杉矶县公共卫生局周三宣布，洛杉矶县又爆5个麻疹新病例，5个新病例全由一名外国访客造成。

这名访客没打过麻疹预防针，在洛杉矶县游览一星期，传染给其他4位县民。

任何与此人在公共场所打过照面的民众，在7至21天内都是危险期。该人出入地点以洛杉矶市和西区为主。
