武汉肺炎疑似蔓延至全中国范围，中国国家卫生健康委员会通报，截至周三（29日）下午3时，中国确诊病例总数已达到6041宗、死亡病例132宗。而西藏出现首宗疑似病例，意味着疫情已蔓延至全中国范围。

从去年12月30日首次发布疫情相关公告起，新型冠状病毒肺炎的中国确诊人数，已在1个月内超越2003年严重急性呼吸道症候群（SARS）确诊的5327宗。

目前，确诊病例仍是主要聚集在湖北，当前确诊3554宗，其中仅武汉市就有1905宗。其余省份，浙江已达296宗确诊，广东241宗确诊，湖南221宗确诊。

通报显示，31个省（区、市）报告新增确诊病例1459宗，新增重症病例263宗，新增死亡病例26宗（湖北省25宗、河南省1宗），新增治愈出院病例43宗，新增疑似病例3248宗（包括西藏1宗）。

此前，武汉肺炎在中国30个省（市、区）都出现确诊病例，仅西藏无通报病例。香港、澳门、台湾亦都有确诊病例。
