疑电流短路，一间华裔住家引发大火，并波及左右两边的2户印裔住家。

此火案周四中午12时许，在吉打州双溪大年丽雅再也花园的单层廉价屋发生。

据知，林姓屋主（70多岁）与妻子、儿子、媳妇，以及数名孙子同住在该屋，事发时所有人都不在家。

双溪大年消拯队在接获投报后，派出消拯车、水槽车及救护车赶抵现场展开灭火工作，来自附近的义消队，包括双溪大年、峇甲亚兰、新文英、峨占必叻，以及美农等，都赶抵现场支援。
