香蕉并不会对正常的骨头有任何影响,但对于受到筋骨(运动)伤害的患者而言,却是要小心食用。其实,民众口耳相传:“筋骨伤不可吃香蕉”,依其中医学理角度看来确有其根据。
骨折、筋骨扭伤不可吃香蕉,是由于香蕉含磷稍高,若吃多了易使体内钙质相对降低,对骨折病人的复原不利。香蕉所含的高醣份,在代谢后,会消耗体内更多的维生素B1,造成神经、肌肉的协调失衡,引发伤处的疼痛或恶化。再者,香蕉中过高的镁,易造成随意肌肉的麻痹及肌腱的疼痛。
其实在一般的情况下,反而鼓励大家多吃香蕉,因为香蕉含有维生素A、B1、B2、B6、烟碱酸、叶酸、C,及矿物质钙、磷、铁、镁、钾、锰等,其中,钾含量特别丰富,镁的成分也很高,更是食物中锰的最佳来源之一。另外香蕉富含水果特有的果胶质,可以促进肠道的蠕动,具有帮助排便的效果。
