体内毒素来源主要来自2大方向,包括外在环境以及个人饮食习惯,说明如下:

{3}常吃烟熏、烧烤食物:很能帮助下饭的香肠、腊肉、烤肉等食物在烹调的过程中,会增加硝酸钠的含量,并在体内转化成具有致癌性的硝酸胺,进而增加毒素的累积。
{4}饮食总是高油脂:油炸、麻辣锅、五花肉等富含油脂的食物,在消化过程中会产生致癌物质──胆盐,体内胆盐多了,就会增加罹癌的机率。
