槟岛市政厅周四发文告指出，虽然现有的停车固本的有效期至明年12月31日，不过商家只可售卖该固本至本月31日。

文告呼吁，民众使用槟州智能停车系统应用程序（Penang Smart Parking App），来缴付有关的停车费。

文告说，从明年1月起，民众可通过该应用程序，购买每月准证（Pas Bulanan）、检查与缴付罚款。

文告续说，民众可通过苹果商店（App Store）与谷歌商店（Google Play），搜索“Penang Smart Parking”，来下载该应用程序。

文告也说，欲知更多进展与详情，可浏览psp.penang.my网站或“Penang Smart Parking”脸书专页。

另一方面，文告也提醒民众勿使用印有Perkidmatan Alam Indah私人有限公司商标的停车固本，避免面对罚款。
