诚信党总秘书安努亚认为，希望联盟应有坚定不移的毅力，确保在首相敦马哈迪的领导下，应对由前朝政府遗留下来的种种问题和挑战。

他周三发表文告表示，希望联盟4党包括土著团结党、人民公正党、国家诚信党及民主行动党于5.09大选成功赢得政权，并由经验丰富的领导层组成内阁政府。

“不过，近期却传出由前朝政府的成员党发起另起炉灶组成新政府的消息，显而易见的，这些人所发表的言词都冲着破坏希盟的形象，并影响选民在来届大选对希盟的支持。”

因此，他促请希盟各成员党必须专注于国家改革，不要让其他政党刻意发起廉价的政治言论，而破坏希盟所拥有的强大力量。
