财政部长林冠英说,政府打算在黑木山（Bukit Kayu Hitam）将相城（Kota Perdana）的边境经济特区发展占地100英亩的物流中心，以加强与泰国的贸易关系。

他指出，通过将黑木山将相城100英亩的边界经济特区（SBEZ），打造成物流枢纽,有助于加强两国的贸易往来。

此外,他也表示,政府正在研究进一步开发加厘岛的可行性，以让巴生港成为区域性的海事中心和货柜物流枢纽。
