脊椎侧弯”好发在青春期,要是恶化,要穿矫正背架好几年,背架贵、穿了又不舒服,别让它恶化到这种程度,就要多注意姿势,做伸展操。现代人长期低头滑手机,对脊椎伤害大,应把手机拿高,让眼睛平视。
脊椎侧向一边、角度大于10度就叫脊椎侧弯,严重者会造成肩膀、耳垂不同高、骨盆歪掉,通常原因不明。
怎么知道自己有没有脊椎侧弯?最简单的方式就是照镜子,立正站好,看肩膀有没有歪掉,耳垂是否不同高,身体歪一边,如果背包包有一边很容易掉,女性穿内衣肩带有一边容易滑掉,穿裙子腰头会歪掉,也有可能是脊椎侧弯。
比较准确的目视检查法,可把两手并拢放在两膝盖中间,身体向前弯,请亲友从后面看背部有没有一边隆起,如果有,就是脊椎侧弯。
弯曲超过10度才算脊椎侧弯,10度到25度要注意姿势,做一些伸展操,保守治疗就好。25度到40度,会建议穿特制的脊椎侧弯专用矫正背架,如果再恶化超过40度,角度已非常弯了,建议手术治疗。
对于原发性的脊椎侧弯,没有办法做到预防,但单边书包背太重,平时坐姿歪七扭八、弯腰驼背,会更容易发生脊椎侧弯。医生建议看电视、打电脑都要维持好的姿势,抬头挺胸,椅子后背要靠好、收肩膀、收下巴,眼睛平视。
脊椎侧弯好发在青春期,要是这个时候青少年手机玩得很凶,又不注意姿势,有可能让脊椎侧弯更恶化。
医生建议可做伸展运动。脊椎凸向右侧的人,坐下来右手插腰,左手高举往右压,维持10秒钟再放开,早晚做20下。另一个方式是侧躺在床上,拿毛巾垫在脊椎的凸点,停个30秒,舒缓侧弯的地方。
