日常生活中一些不良习惯和生活方式,常为冠心病等心血管疾病埋下危险的种子。生活习惯是可改变因素,培养健康的生活习惯可以远离冠心病。
●3个半分钟:一些老年人发生在卫生间的心脑血管意外,与夜间突然起床入厕、体位改变过快,造成一时性心脑供血不足有关。因而提倡“3个半分钟”的保健方法:夜间醒来时,应先在床上躺半分钟,坐起来双脚放在床沿下坐半分钟,再以双手撑住床头站立半分钟后行走。
●午睡半小时,“冠心病”少三成:每日午睡半小时者比不睡者冠心病死亡率少30%,其原因与午睡时血压下降、心率减慢,使白天的血压曲线出现一段低谷有关。尤其是肥胖型人群、60岁以上的老人,午睡更为必要。
●适度运动,带病延年:生命在于运动。运动锻炼是改善心脏功能最基本、最重要的方法之一,可以选择有氧运动、抗阻运动、柔韧性运动等运动方式。
●谨防“魔鬼时间”:一天24小时中,早晨6至11时是急性心梗、猝死的高峰时间,被称为“魔鬼时间”,病情较重的冠心病患者,晨起宜提前服药,上午不宜安排过量活动。晨起锻炼时间以7至8时为宜。
