高达九成电召车司机投诉车资太低!大马电子召车服务司机协会(MeHDA)吁请政府管制电召车服务的车费,设定底价和顶价,保障所有司机与乘客的利益,并为电召车服务公司,甚至的士服务公司营造良性竞争的环境。
大马电子召车服务司机协会主席张明辉于周三接受《光华日报》访问时说,尽管政府声称车费应随市场需求波动,但随着电召车服务公司的增加,公司为了吸引乘客,一再把收费调低,以致司机越赚越少,仍得“硬着头皮”继续载客。
“当然是可以赚,但是做到很辛苦。到头来,公司和乘客是赢家,司机是输家。”
张明辉指出,如今10名电召车司机当中,多达9名投诉车资低。他以来返吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)和市区为例,指优步的车资收费原为90令吉(2015年12月),后来调整到75令吉,GRAB出现后再降至65令吉,MyCar进军后,只剩59令吉。
他担心,倘若政府再不介入管制,未来一旦印尼最大召车服务供应商GOJEK也进军我国,为了竞争价格,会否降到更少,甚至40令吉?
此外,他直言,相比的士司机,电召车司机享有的补贴甚少,开销更大,例如经过收费站,的士作为商用车,可享有半价优惠,但电召车开的都是私家车,完全不获优惠。
他续称,在新加坡,电召车和的士的车资仅相差10至20%,然而大马的却相差高达40%至50%。
因此,他认为,政府设定底价和顶价,可为乘客、司机、电召车服务公司达成“三赢”局面。
