24岁的美拉艾雅娜是吉打州务大臣拿督斯里慕克里兹的女儿。她在周六于Instagram上载与男友依兹兰举办订婚仪式的照片，正式宣告两人成为未婚夫妻。

美拉艾丽雅娜也在贴文中强调，这是一场传统订婚仪式，以“取悦”那些早前批评依兹兰求婚仪式的人。

不过，美拉艾雅娜还是打趣说，“我开玩笑的啦！但还是感谢让这一切成真的人”。
