{4}欺骗大脑:想要维持好身材,可以透过几种简单的潜意识方法,就能改变饮食习惯进而达成目标。举例来说,避免让不健康的零食等诱惑出现在面前,而改放水果或其他健康的食物,这个方式比计算卡路里摄取量还有效。
{5}荷尔蒙:对抗肥胖最直接的方式是动减肥手术,不过减肥手术除了让胃的容量缩小,还让荷尔蒙出现变化。医学人员发现,施行减肥手术之后会让人有饱足感的荷尔蒙数量增加,有肌饿感的荷尔蒙数量减少。
