新年自然是热热闹闹,会有很多美食,但是新年也有可能带给孕妇种种不适。为了让孕妈妈过个开开心心的新年,各位准妈妈应该提前做好准备,拒绝身体的不适,用快乐、舒心与幸福将节日妆点!那么孕妇如何轻松安全过新年呢?
如何抗拒美食?
美食让人既爱又恨。过新年了,肯定是餐餐鸡鱼丰盛,五味俱全。然而过多的食材和营养,却很容易使准妈妈吃得肚子不舒服,于是胃胀、恶心、呕吐、便秘等等就都不请自来。
{1}胃胀、呕吐:少吃或不吃高脂肪和油炸的食品;每日分6到8餐进食,每餐吃得少会好一些;慢一点吃,给胃肠一个适应的时间;保持室内空气清新,经常开窗透气,少去有异味的地方。
{2}烧心:饭后3小时内忌躺卧及弯腰;睡前2小时忌食白开水以外的饮料、食物;少吃或不吃酒、巧克力、油腻食物、胡椒等刺激性食物,不抽烟;睡觉时将床头垫高2至3寸;尝试食用少量的牛奶或冰块来缓解不舒服的感觉。
{3}便秘:多吃富含纤维的食品,如新鲜的水果,生的蔬菜,全谷物食品;每天喝8至10杯水;不要喝含咖啡因的饮料(咖啡、茶、可乐和其他碳酸水类饮料)。因为咖啡能使肠道内的消化液丢失,影响胃肠道的规律运动;早餐前喝杯温开水;适量的运动,如走路能减轻便秘的症状。
“看”热闹不“凑”热闹
新年聚会多,呼吸道的传染病如感冒的危险性就会增高;烟花爆竹的飞烟会引起空气污浊,对准妈妈和宝宝都非常有害。由于孕妇对周围的环境异常敏感,抵抗力比较弱,如果在被污染的空气中长时间滞留,很容易引起呼吸道感染、支气管炎等,导致咳嗽。
当发现轻微咳嗽时,可多喝凉开水,能缓解咳嗽症状,而且医生一般也不提倡使用药物治疗轻度感冒、咳嗽。
用梨、冰糖、红枣煮水喝:制作方法,将梨切成丁,与红枣先煮,随后加冰糖继续煮。这种办法简单易做,每天喝几杯会有助于治疗咳嗽。
