（槟城2日讯）本报在华人新年即将来临之际送温情，移交2万令吉好人好事基金给2017年脑中风的厨师温耀伦，以充作其医药费。

较早于1月19日，本报已移交1万令吉好人好事基金给温耀伦，所以至今为止，本报移交的好人好事基金合共为3万令吉。

本报副总经理周慧妮是于周四下午将2万令吉移交给温耀伦的妻子骆美莲接领，并由林丽莉见证。

36岁的温耀伦是于2017年10月7日脑中风，而原为家中支柱的他在脑中风后，妻子骆美莲必须辞去餐厅兼职侍应生工作，以照顾全家，以及外婆李淑珍也因跌倒右大腿骨折，致使全家经济顿时进入严寒的冬天。
