虽然知道久坐有害健康,每天上班却只能长时间坐在电脑前,总觉得腰酸背痛?翘脚、背包包以及姿势不良等等,一整天当中有许多动作会导致骨盆产生歪斜,进一步造成疼痛、代谢降低以及肥胖等等问题,透过每天睡前的简单瑜珈动作,轻松改善骨盆歪斜!

久坐易让肌肉萎缩 骨盘歪斜打坏肌肉平衡

办公室工作久坐会让肠骨肌和腰大肌容易萎缩,让骨盆容易向后倒产生歪斜,腰周围的肌肉变得僵硬,打坏肌肉平衡,造成血液循环与淋巴循环不良,代谢率降低,形成易胖的虚寒体质。

坐着时双脚交叠、一直用同一侧背包包等等,一天当中有许多行为会加强骨盆歪斜,因此晚上的自我照护就变得十分重要,透过晚上的睡前瑜珈,有助于伸展腰部周围,放松骨盘周围的肌肉,有助于改善骨盆左右的高低差。

脚踝运动可以让脚踝变得柔软,血液就可以更顺利送到脚趾去,血液循环变好后,进而提升身体的代谢。脚踝运动可以改善脚底冷的情况外,还可以消除小腿的水肿,进而瘦下小腿。

步骤1 仰躺,双手朝下伸展,双手手掌朝向天花板。从脚尖开始伸展,调整左右骨盘的高低差。特别推荐双脚长度不同的人进行这个动作。

步骤2 将一只脚的脚跟放到另一脚的脚尖上,上面的脚尖大大转圈,下面的脚作为支撑,让骨盘安定。朝外转10圈,朝内转10圈。

步骤3 慢慢吐气时缩起脚踝,伸展阿基里斯腱,缓缓吸气时,伸展脚尖,来回两次。

步骤4 先维持2的状态深吸一口气,一边缓缓吐气,一边朝内侧倒,脚尖不碰到床铺也没关系,尽可能不让肩膀浮起来,3回。

步骤5 左右交替重复1至4的动作,4如果有一侧做起来比较困难,困难的那一侧就再多做一次。最后将脚放下,摇晃腰部,可以感觉得到骨盘的活动范围变宽。
