首相丹斯里慕尤丁宣布，从4月1日开始，允许55岁以下的雇员公积金局会员每月可从第二户口提出500令吉，为期12个月。
他今天在首相署主持国家经济行动理事会会后，在新闻发布会如是宣布。
公积金会员（员工）的缴纳率也从今年4月开始调低4%。
他说，预计1200万名会员可在这项措施下受惠，并预计会提出400亿令吉，希望这项措施可拥有更多款项购买日常用品，解决三餐问题。
