槟州卫生委员会主席诺丽拉透露，槟城首宗新冠肺炎死亡案例，74岁死者是来自北海双溪赖的麦隆（Maklom）。

她在媒体群组发消息说，病患是在本月13日被送入槟城中央医院，离世前靠呼吸器援助，他于今日（22日）下午4时05分离世。

她透露，死者是马来西亚籍，曾经参加过吉隆坡大城堡宗教集会。

这也是我国新冠肺炎第10名死亡患者。
