卫生总监拿督诺希山促请民众及病患，必须诚实交待旅行史及曾亲密接触的人士。
“我们在本周面对一些情况，患者试图隐藏他们的关系或症状。”
他周五在脸书写道，这包括行程记录及密切关系者的讯息。他也举例，尤其是曾出席吉隆坡大城堡清真寺宣教集会者的讯息，也没有被披露。
“仅是在完成检测及治疗程序后，才愿意披露这类关键讯息。就因如此，造成我们的医疗人员及设施，受到威胁。”
他强调，不透露或隐藏讯息，属于犯罪行为。
“我促请公众及患者，必须诚实交待及不要隐瞒讯息，以威胁我们的生命及医疗设施的风险。”
