美国总统特朗普周五签署紧急援助拨款法案，拨出83亿美元(约349亿令吉)加强新冠肺炎防疫措施和加快疫苗研发。

他在外交接待室签署该法案时说：“我们签署83亿美元(支出法案)，我提出25亿，我得到了83亿，我接受了。我们做得很好，但这(疫情)是一个无法预料的问题。”

特朗普也提到现停靠在旧金山外海的“至尊公主”号邮轮。

他指出，人们正在船上接受检测。

白宫最初提出拨款25亿美元，但遭外界批评防疫力度不足。最终的拨款方案在周三及周四先后在众议院及参议院大比数通过，之后提交特朗普签署。
