送餐员使命不轻,台湾有位住高楼的网友分享,当天久等餐点,结果是该位外卖送餐员从底楼爬上来十多楼,还不断为了餐点晚到而道歉,让网友大为感动。
该位网友2日(周一)中午叫了外送,他在脸书分享解释,因为通常都是用信用卡付款,并备注餐点放门口就好,“我看地图,想说他(送餐员)怎么一直距离0分钟又还没到,是不是找不到路才问他…”。
结果是送餐员因为管理员不在,外加客户写的备注,于是决定不打扰客户,独自一人爬楼梯爬到了12楼,直到这客户发现后,才帮外送员按电梯。
更让后者惊讶的是,该名外送员一见到她,还为了餐点晚到满脸愧疚一直道歉。“听了好难过,愿他以后外送都顺利”。此外,原PO还表示,“有给一百(新台币,约14令吉)本来还不收,硬塞给他才收的…现在想想一百好像太少”。
这篇文章一曝光,短短不到半小时就引起网友一片热议,纷纷留言,“行业不分贵贱,有好的客人就有好的服务”、“太感人了!也太老实,可以给他一个抱抱”、“好猛!工作态度真好”。
