前槟州首长林冠英对部落客拉惹柏特拉发布关于海底隧道计划出现舞弊的文章，提出诽谤诉讼，高庭今日裁决林冠英胜诉。
据林冠英的代表律师表示，承审高庭法官罗哈尼伊斯迈基于拉惹柏特拉没有诤讼，作出的判决（default judgement）。
据《星报》报道，她说，法庭将评估损害赔偿数额。林冠英于去年对拉惹柏特拉刊登在“今日大马”网站的文章提出诉讼，以要求赔偿损失。
