新型冠状病毒肺炎防疫期间,大家待在家中的时间增加,在家中也能适度运动,避免久坐少动以促进身体健康,才能更有效地对抗肺炎疫情。
世界卫生组织指出,身体活动(含劳务、家务、交通及休闲活动等)不足为全球死亡前10大危险因子,约有21至25%乳癌及结肠癌、27%糖尿病及30%缺血性心脏病,都是因身体活动不足所造成。
居家适度运动的3个妙招,在家锻炼身体,提升防疫能力:
1.)伸展或肌力训练:如瑜珈、仰卧起坐、伏地挺身、弹力球或弹力带,或是客厅来回走动、原地扭腰摆臀和家人一起跳舞。
2.)利用室内运动器材:如室内脚踏车或跑步机等来维持身体活动与运动。
3.)做健康操:儿童及青少年选择有趣的亲子活动,进行快乐体操和游戏;成年人可做上班族健康操;老年人则可以在家打太极拳、八段锦、高龄长者健康操,或从居家的身体活动,如步行、晒衣服、提物、站姿或坐姿等日常活动,强化身体的平衡力、肌力、柔软度或心肺耐力等,促进健康。
世界卫生组织建议儿童及青少年每天应累计至少60分钟中等费力身体活动,成人每周则应累计至少150分钟;活动能力较差的老年人每周至少应有3天进行增强平衡能力和预防跌倒的活动。
此外,居家主动健身,也要注意运动空间通风、出汗后保暖及适时补充水分,以更好的健康状态共同抗击疫情。
