酒后不要立刻睡觉

亲朋好友聚在一起,少不了推杯换盏,但是知道吗?酒后做这7件事情,对人的伤害是非常大的:

1.)不要立刻睡觉:酒精是靠肝分解的,如果立刻睡觉,人体的新陈代谢就会变得缓慢,容易得酒精肝。建议酒后用冷水洗一下脸,然后坐着休息一会。

2.)不要吃醒酒药:醒酒药可以暂时让人摆脱醉酒症状,但实际上却会将醉酒时间延长。

3.)不要睡电热毯:酒后血管扩张,心率、新陈代谢就会加快,血压升高,容易诱发心梗、心绞痛等疾病。

4.)不要喝大量浓茶、汽水:大量喝浓茶,茶会让心脏过于兴奋,对肾脏也不利。同时,大量喝汽水,会加快人体对酒精的吸收作用,诱发急性胃炎。

5.)不要吃药:酒精和多数药品发生化学反应,并产生有毒物质。

6.)不要立刻洗澡:冷热水都不适宜酒后洗澡,洗热水澡或者蒸桑拿容易导致热气聚集在人体内不散发,加重醉态,导致恶性呕吐甚至晕厥。

7.)不要剧烈运动:酒精具有利尿作用,醉酒后体内水分流失更多,容易发生脱水,此时再锻炼会加重脱水危险。
