武汉肺炎疫情目前没有社区感染状况,但许多民众仍过度忧心;董氏基金会指出,英国肯特大学曾发表研究,每天均衡摄取6大类食物、一天吃15种以上食物,可增强免疫力并降低感染风险。
董氏基金会建议,每天均衡摄取6大类食物,每一类食物多样化,1天吃的食物种类要15种以上,千万不要含零食、糖果、饮料等,但要避免只摄取某一类食物或加工食品。
董氏基金会食品营养中心主任许惠玉说,虽然许多人都听过“均衡饮食”,但却常常误解而吃错,“均衡饮食”是指6大类食物都要摄取、每一类食物多样化摄取不同的食材,但零食、糖果、饮料等较不健康的食品所含营养素很少,就不能算在6大类食物里。
她举例,如果1天中只有吃含多种蔬菜的沙拉并不算是均衡饮食,因为只摄取到蔬菜一类食物;同种食物但不同烹调方式或调味也不算是食物多样化,例如炒猪肉丝、咖哩猪肉或经过加工的香肠、热狗、贡丸只能算成一种食物,也要避免为了摄取多样化而获得更多热量。
许惠玉表示,现代人虽然常吃得很富足,但却是热量过剩、营养不足也不均衡,应注重饮食多样化,以避免营养素缺乏,并获得较多的蛋白质、维生素及矿物质,除预防失智,有助身心健康,更在平日就打好身体抵抗力基础。
她说,目前没有特效药治疗武汉肺炎,靠的是人体自我防御能力,要注意充足睡眠、规律运动、均衡饮食多样化,增强内在保护网并降低风险。
