又是新一年的到来,如今不必再为了烹煮年菜伤透脑筋,各大餐馆都推出了年菜配套,从四品小家庭年菜组合,到12品年菜海鲜大餐组合统统都有。位于槟榔律龙城酒店(Cititel Hotel Penang)的中华海鲜鱼翅,为今年的农历新年年菜推出许多新单点菜色,邀您与家人朋友共享一场味觉的盛宴。
中华海鲜鱼翅所推出的新年单点佳肴,菜单包括香煲黄肉参、南乳豆泡猪手、红酒煎鹿肉、带子莲藕饼、中华小炒皇、日式芝麻虾、贵妃鱼鳔扒豆腐、鲍鱼海味煲等等,材料搭配丰富大方,定价仅从28令吉起。另外,该餐馆也推出新年特备点心,每一样都精致小巧,皆是师傅每日新鲜制作,馅料多以鲜猪肉和鲜虾为主,款式千变万化又富有巧思。
除此之外,新年绝对少不了的捞鱼生,该餐馆也应景提供中华红运七彩鱼生配套,小盒58令吉起、大盒88令吉起。还有可外带的盆满钵满喜年年鹅掌鲍鱼盆菜,一份约588令吉起,将丰盛的盆菜带回家,与全家人一起享用年滋味。
中华海鲜鱼翅酒楼的烹饪师傅个个经验丰富,厨艺精湛,注重菜肴呈现及味道品质。为满足一家人的五味,呈现出多样化口味的年菜菜单,让食客在新年期间品尝几道佳节应景菜肴,寓意新的一年将顺顺利利。
