中华海鲜鱼翅所推出的新年单点佳肴,菜单包括香煲黄肉参、南乳豆泡猪手、红酒煎鹿肉、带子莲藕饼、中华小炒皇、日式芝麻虾、贵妃鱼鳔扒豆腐、鲍鱼海味煲等等,材料搭配丰富大方,定价仅从28令吉起。另外,该餐馆也推出新年特备点心,每一样都精致小巧,皆是师傅每日新鲜制作,馅料多以鲜猪肉和鲜虾为主,款式千变万化又富有巧思。

除此之外,新年绝对少不了的捞鱼生,该餐馆也应景提供中华红运七彩鱼生配套,小盒58令吉起、大盒88令吉起。还有可外带的盆满钵满喜年年鹅掌鲍鱼盆菜,一份约588令吉起,将丰盛的盆菜带回家,与全家人一起享用年滋味。
