前首相拿督斯里纳吉的代表律师丹斯里沙菲益指责反贪会对外公布涉及高级官员的录音，是未审先判及藐视法庭的行为。

他说，辩方认真考虑对反贪会，尤其是拉蒂花提出藐视法庭控诉。

他周三在法庭外对记者说：“现在公布这些录音及公开给媒体让大众参与讨论，实际上已是未审先判及藐视法庭，可能会对纳吉涉及的多宗在审案件造成影响。”

他说，拉蒂花这些举动已违反了官方机密法令。

他表示，拉蒂花在公布这些录音后，却表示反贪会不会调查此事，而会交给警方去处理，是非常严重的违法行为。
