分别被控没有合法逗留准证和逾期逗留的135中国籍男女周四在安顺法庭等待下判。

该批男女约100人已分别在去年12月27日和31日在安顺法庭被提控，并定于周四（2日）下判。

据了解，周四另有30余人，同样分别在1959/1963年移民法令第6(1)(c )（没有合法逗留准证）条文，以及第15(1)（逾期逗留）条文下被控，若被告认罪将於同日下判。

该批135名中国籍男女是于周四约上午时分，由移民厅官员分批带到法庭。由于人数众多，当众人抵步后，引起众人的目光。
