天气冷飕飕,让人会更想上厕所。正常人一天排尿次数约6次左右,夜间睡眠时应该不会想排尿的。只要自觉排尿次数影响正常生活作息,夜间会中断睡眠起床上厕所,对身体和心理都造成压力,就算是频尿了。
容易频尿的人,饮食上忌讳生冷食物,少吃瓜果类、大白菜与冰冷饮品,晚餐过后少喝水,也少喝茶、咖啡与酒等有利尿作用饮料,与睡前先排尿,让体内尽量排空。
平时也应该多运动,提高身体抵抗力,防止细菌与病毒造成的损害。
1白果——收敛除湿
白果就是俗称的银杏,作用很多,其中“收敛除湿”,不仅可以改善女性白带,对于尿不干净、频尿或小便混浊不清澈也有改善效果,但吃过量会中毒,只能适量摄取。
2韭菜——固肾起阳
在中医里,韭菜有一个很响亮的名字叫“壮阳草”,还有人把韭菜称为“洗肠草”,具有健胃提神、温暖固肾的效果,与海鲜一起拌炒,益气补阳,同样能改善频尿。
3白胡椒——暖胃温阳
有些人每到冷天就手脚冰冷,容易频尿,也就是俗称的“冷底”体质,而白胡椒有温中补脾、提振阳气的作用,帮助膀胱排空与储尿,不会频跑厕所。
4南瓜籽——改善频尿
吃南瓜好处多,有些人认为,冷天多吃南瓜有助改善常见的频尿困扰。人们常在做面包时加入南瓜籽,或是做好的面包沾南瓜籽油,平时也常吃南瓜派及南瓜汤。
5红石榴皮——收涩抗氧化
红石榴富含花青素,有强力抗氧化作用,也是老人家爱用的治频尿良方。果皮有收涩效果,2颗石榴皮加水500cc及少许黑糖煮滚后,用调理机打成浆,睡前2小时取一瓢加100cc温水,拌匀后即可饮用。
