继续拖欠人民组屋租金的租户，将被驱赶出单位！

槟岛市长拿督尤端祥说，从明年6月1日起，拖欠人民组屋与槟岛市政厅属下的店屋者将被罚款，甚至是赶走。他说，迟1个月者将被多罚租金的10%，2个月者20%，而3个月者则将被赶走。

他续说，该措施将针对新与续约的租客，并列为有关租约的附加条件。
