考试局周四就大马教育文凭(SPM)考试化学科目第3张试卷(Kod Kertas 4541/3)出现短缺，以致考生被迫延迟考试，向相关全体考生致歉。

考试局在一篇文告中说，有关考试原定11月21日下午2时至3时30分进行。

文告表示，有关考试延迟是因技术问题发生，因为涉及的考试中心出现试卷短缺。不过，事件在考试局定下的标准作业程序下已解决。

考试局对事件的发生感到极度遗憾，并了解因有关技术问题考生和家长所面对的困难。

文告说，考试局会尽力确保考生的福利和公平时常获得优先，并严正看待，以便事件未来不再重复发生。
