70岁且左眼失明的周荣贵心脏血管阻塞，本报《好人好事》移交3000令吉，以缴付剩余的药物洗脱支架（DES）植入术费用。

本报人力资源暨行政副经理林慧玲周四，移交3000令吉予周荣贵，并由李芷燕见证。

周荣贵在8年前进行割眼膜手术后，左眼不幸失明，去年再发现心脏血管阻塞问题，进行首次的药物洗脱支架植入术，并预料今年杪进行第二次的手术。

该手术的费用为1万1000令吉，而其家庭只依靠周荣贵售卖彩票，以及小儿子当餐厅杂工，来赚取每月微薄的收入。因此，在获得福利部资助8000令吉的手术费后，他就只好向本报寻求帮助，以能缴付剩余的3000令吉。
