针对亚洲漫画文化馆馆长丘光耀的漫画风波，民主行动党组织秘书陆兆福重申，丘光耀并非行动党党员。

他在记者会上受询及丘光耀的漫画风波时，不愿意针对这起事件做出回应，仅表示，丘光耀并非行动党党员。

“他不是行动党党员，他做任何事情，我们都不能对他采取行动。”
