现在就有一名日本网友发明一套简易的瘦身方法,每天仅耗时“4分钟”,也不用上健身房更不用节食,一切就靠8组动作完成,就能够在5个月内消掉鲔鱼肚。

网友分享自己减肥5个月的成效。

这名网友“柊老师(柊せんせー)”在推特上分享自己原本有着大肚腩的他,在五个月后出现结实的六块肌,而这一切只需每天在家花4分钟做“TABATA高强度间歇训练”即可达此成效。

TABATA高强度间歇训练法,是让练习者在20秒内完成最大强度的训练,中间休息10秒钟反覆8次,只需4分钟就能达到一小时的训练效果,并同时锻炼肌力与耐力。柊老师的示范视频中,将立卧撑跳结合TABATA训练,也成功让他在5个月瘦下13公斤,体脂肪降到18.2%。
