据知，这起群殴事件本周二凌晨3时许，在槟岛一家夜店外发生。当时事发过程被公众拍下录影，并上载至社交媒体。

据视频显示，为数不明的两批人马群殴后，有一名男子被打倒在地上，随后有工作人员介入，以阻双方打斗。

据了解，此事件在周二发生后，截至周五未有人向警方投报。不过，当天确实曾上演群殴事件，有关涉及人士，相信当时已醉酒而闹事，双方最终不欢而散，各自离开。
