研究指出辛辣食品能增加25%至30%基础代谢率,很多人一听说吃辣可以发热促进代谢减肥,就拚命吃辣。
殊不知,吃辣瘦身法是要看体质的!而且辣“酱”的热量高、含盐分高,容易造成水分滞留体内而身体浮肿,但提醒千万别因吃辣“开胃”而吃进更多食物!
长期吃辛辣刺激食物,易造成“胃热”的体质。中医的理论“胃热则消谷”,当辛辣食物吃得越多,胃火也就越旺,食欲就越亢进,想吃更多东西,以为会瘦结果更加开胃,造成恶性循环!
●哪种体质最适合吃辣?
吃辣减肥最适合的体质是“虚寒体质”的人。而燥热体质的人并不适合吃辣减肥,因为热性人吃辣后容易上火,血分有热,还没瘦下来之前反而出现或加重嘴破、皮肤搔痒、冒痘、胃痛灼热、便秘、便血的情形,甚至引起痔疮发作。
冷底体质如果想吃辣减肥的话,建议纯辣椒入菜会比食物沾辣酱来得好。因为辣酱的热量高、含盐分高,容易造成水分滞留体内而身体浮肿。不过也要提醒千万别因吃辣“开胃”,好下饭配酒而吃进更多食物!
●不吃辣,能吃什么?
酱料是隐形杀手,应减少添加,调味以天然辛香料为主,如:葱、姜、蒜、洋葱、九层塔、醋、柠檬,避免美乃滋、沙茶酱、辣酱、黑胡椒酱、麻酱、番茄酱等高热量高钠酱料。

●怕出油冒痘远离上火食物
害怕脸部出油、毛孔粗大以及冒痘痘粉刺,请下决心远离容易上火的烧烤、油炸、辛辣刺激性食物及酒精性饮料,如鸡排、咸酥鸡、炸鸡薯条、麻辣锅、花生、烟酒、黑胡椒、辣咖喱等,免得加重体内的燥热。此外,应减少食用高糖分油脂食物(甜点、饼干、巧克力),以免延长发炎反应。
