睡得快?不等于睡得好!
入睡快,可能是患上了发作性睡病。这是一种慢性睡眠障碍,除了入睡快以外,最大的特征是白天控制不住地犯困。特别是在单调的环境,如阅读和听课、操作机器、驾驶车辆时,常出现快速入睡的情况,会持续数10分钟,但睡眠程度不深,容易唤醒。
有的人在入睡时意识清楚,不能出声或活动,但能听到周围人的对话内容,且伴有焦虑和幻觉。这类人常会让老师、同事误解为懒惰。
入睡快的人,睡眠质量不一定好。人的睡眠是分期、分段循环的,开始入睡时,脑电波不活跃,眼球不动,这叫非快动眼睡眠,这段时间体力会恢复,持续80至120分钟左右。接下来进入快动眼睡眠,持续几分钟或2、30分钟,能帮助恢复精力。通常情况下,一晚大概重复循环3至5次。
入睡快者能迅速进入非快动眼睡眠,但如果总是被打断,睡眠状态无法持续,很难进入第2个阶段。正常人睡眠时间里,6个小时为非快动眼睡眠,2个小时为快动眼睡眠,如果后者只有半小时甚至没有,尽管睡眠时间足够,精力却无法恢复,白天依然犯困。
临床上曾做过睡眠监测,睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、发作性睡病、不宁腿综合征等病人,都存在入睡快,但睡眠质量并不好的情况。有些阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征病人,躺下1、2分钟就开始打呼噜,夜间醒来数次,睡不安宁,白天总犯困或感觉疲劳,常被诊断为慢性疲劳或神经衰弱。
白天随时可以入睡,或者夜间醒来次数多,白天感觉疲乏的人,建议尽早到呼吸睡眠专科就诊,不能简单地认为入睡快就是睡眠好。有睡眠问题的病人不能随意服用安定类药物,否则会使肌肉松弛,加重气道狭窄,让病情更加严重。
