家人们团团圆圆的围坐在一起,免不了大鱼大肉、饮料与喝酒,但是患有慢性疾病的人们犯了难,自己该怎么吃才不会影响身体健康呢?痛风病人应注意饮食:
{1} 低脂饮食:可选择牛奶、鸡蛋等优质蛋白弥补蛋白质摄入的不足。牛奶是牛的乳腺细胞分泌的体液,里面没有细胞结构,所以不含嘌呤。鸡蛋中也几乎不含嘌呤。所以对于痛风病人,这两样是即安全又营养的食物。
{2} 避免高嘌呤饮食:含嘌呤高的食物(每100g食物含嘌呤100至1000mg)动物肝、肾、胰、心、脑、肉馅、肉汁、肉汤、鲭鱼、风尾鱼、沙丁鱼、鱼卵、小虾、淡菜、鹅、斑鸡、石鸡、大豆制品、酵母、香菇、紫菜等。所以要避免吃这些食物,除夕夜的饺子痛风病人就可以改成韭菜、鸡蛋、木耳的素三鲜陷。如果想稍微品尝一下上面的含嘌呤高的食品,食用时先加水煮炖,然后弃汤食用,而且量一定要少。
{3} 多食新鲜蔬菜、水果为主的碱性食物:碱性食物的摄入可提高尿液的PH值,降低尿液中尿酸水平;冬瓜、西瓜有利尿作用,可以降低尿液中尿酸浓度;但需注意菌藻类嘌呤含量高尽量不吃,叶菜类要焯水吃,腌菜尽量不吃,吃豆角时豆荚里的豆尽量去掉。
{4} 水分摄入充足:(1)肾功能正常,每天饮水应达到2000ml以上,睡前、夜间注意补水,避免尿液浓缩;(2)不喝甜饮料,尽量选择白开水、淡茶水。这样可以降低尿液中尿酸的浓度。
{5} 不要饮酒:酒精可抑制肾脏排泄尿酸,啤酒与痛风的相关性最强,鸟嘌呤核苷含量高,最易吸收。饮酒可以诱发痛风的发作,所以痛风病人过节一定要控制好,不要饮酒。
{6} 避免刺激性的调味品:钠促进尿酸沉淀;痛风病人多伴有高血压,所以一定要限盐。辣椒、胡椒、芥末、生姜等刺激性调味品也要慎用。
{7} 饮食有度作息有序:一家人欢乐的同时,也不要忘记健康的重要,避免熬夜、精神过度兴奋。
